resource azurerm_api_management sku list is missing Consumption which is available here https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go/blob/89b3129aee15cb9fb017e12a1980f2993c609125/profiles/latest/apimanagement/mgmt/apimanagement/models.go#L281

Can we add that please ?

I think the api management service is missing lots of parameters or needs to be clarified in the documentation!

so this SKU is not available in the currently supported api version 2018-01-01 but it's supported from 2019-01-01. Can we pump the api version ? What do we need to that ?

There is an existing issue regarding the consumption tier - #2613.

(Last example for updating the SDK is 753fe90)

This has been released in version 2.8.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example:
