Description

Add a datasource for Dataproc metastore service. one would usually share a metastore between multiple clusters and the metastore will created and maintained centrally.

The metastore exports some needed variables like artifact_gcs_uri and endpoint_uri. and without a datasource to query those it makes it hard to share those.
