authenticator_groups_config should not conflict with enable_autopilot in google_container_cluster #11292

Terraform v1.1.6

Expected Behavior

Terraform should configure the Google Groups for RBAC feature using the authenticator_groups_config dynamic block.

Actual Behavior

Terraform complains that the settings are in conflict.

Remove this line from the code and I think all should be well
