Expected Behavior

Using the Google provider, Terraform should apply. Both resources went GA in Cloud SDK 366.0.0 (2021-12-07).

Actual Behavior

Using the Google provider, Terraform produces an error:

│ Error: Invalid resource type
│
│   on main.tf line 16, in resource "google_dns_response_policy" "googleapis-com":
│   16: resource "google_dns_response_policy" "googleapis-com" {
│
│ The provider hashicorp/google does not support resource type "google_dns_response_policy".
╵
╷

│   24: resource "google_dns_response_policy_rule" "googleapis-com" {
│
│ The provider hashicorp/google does not support resource type "google_dns_response_policy_rule".

Need to use the google-beta provider to apply.
