Start or Stop GCP Instance

I'm a newbie for terraform, is it possible to start and stop instances using terraform? I read the documentation and haven't found it yet.

It doesn't look like this is possible via terraform. Managing instance state turns out to be pretty tricky, so we only support creating destroying and updating, not stopping an instance that exists.
