Please add support for "--cluster-dns" parameter within the API to create constianr cluster. Refer here for the example usage ---

$ gcloud alpha container clusters create "dnstest"
--zone "us-central1-c"
--release-channel rapid
--machine-type n2-standard-2
--cluster-dns clouddns
