Currently you have to manually go to the Documentation and see what the latest available solution stack is.
It would be great if we could use the ElasticBeanstalk.ListAvailableSolutionStacks endpoint as a data source similar to aws_ami to retrieve e.g. the most recent Multicontainer Docker Stackname.
