When you add a resource for a DigitalOcean droplet and exclude an SSH key it hangs on provisioning because it can't get into the box.

I think this actually ties into #23 where we need stronger validation around provisioners connection info. I'm going to close this and ask you watch that. Let me know if you disagree.
