I would recommend trying to reinstall the plugin and also use version 4.0.0, which was released recently.

It might resolve your problem.

Make sure to also upgrade the platforms as their requirements were increased.

I'm also having the same problem with iOS plugin, the plugin needs an update in order to work with new xCode and we cant go back, so I'm stuck with the same problem
