Upgrade hawtio-online to utilise new version of hawtio UI (hawtio-next)

@phantomjinx Thanks for the breakdown of tasks. Talking about the supporting components for hawtio-online -- #140, #141, we'd like to avoid creating new independent npm projects as we had been doing so for hawtio-integration, hawtio-oauth, and hawtio-k8s-api and it was really cumbersome to maintain and release versions of them.

So, right now, I think it's best to keep them in hawtio-online project under packages/ just like the existing common, integration, and online. WDYT?
