When using it with an "FX: *" target, it doesn't update reliably. E.g. it should update when renaming the FX or when moving another FX to the same position (when using "By position"). But it doesn't.

We use polling because of the lack of notifications on the monitoring FX chain.
The tradeoff is a slightly worse performance.
