Feature functionality
Similar to numpy.ndarray.strides or torch.Tensor.stride, must return the stride of the (self) tensor.

Additional context
N.B. numpy.ndarray.strides returns the stride in bytes, torch.Tensor.stride returns the stride in "jumps".
