Heroku cli hangs with "run" command

Hi,

I am not able to run commands that need user interaction using Heroku cli.

When I try heroku run php bin/console doctrine:migrations:migrate, the command ask me for a "yes/no" question and after hitting "y" for "yes", heroku cli hangs definitely.

System informations

• Windows 10 (last version)
• Heroku cli 7.59.2
• Git bash x64 (last version)

I have not this problem few month ago and I know I have updated the heroku cli and maybe git bash.
