CPU Total Load is not working perfectly, it shows underestimated data

What would you expect? What's wrong in that image?

Total CPU load gives wrong results, I tested it with Task Manager and HwInfo64

What do you mean by "wrong"? Can you give an example in form of a comparison?

Just picking up this issue thread, I have the same issue with the 13th Gen i9, there seems to be a disparity between the reading in OHWM and Task Manager, image attached. Thank you
