Consider MetroloPy for uncertainty representation and propagation

I am drawing your attention to MetroloPy (https://github.com/nrc-cnrc/MetroloPy). It is a python package for representation and propagation of uncertainties, according to the reference Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM) from the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM), home of the International System of Units (SI).

It might be a nice addition to pint, providing a natural way to incorporate uncertainties in physical measurements. MetroloPy defines a gummy object, which also includes concepts of physical units; perhaps the uncertainty handling part could can be brought into pint somehow?
