Single quote not correctly escaped in locales/uk.yml #33

The translation for devise.unlock_instructions.message on line 23 in locales/uk.yml contains a single quote which is escaped as \'.

According to the YAML specification a single quote is escaped with two single quotes '', not with \'.

MRI doesn't care, but JRuby crashes on this.
