Content Slider Module 01.03.01

This version of the Content Slider Module adds the following features/bug fixes:

• Feature: Added module branding icon
• Bug: Resolved client-side errors that occur with no sliders added
• Bug: Height and width advanced settings now both work the same way
• Bug: Resolved issues installing on SQL Azure
