IMU Message returns Deg/s not Rad/s. Doesn't follow REP-103. #2

The output IMU message doesn't conform to the REP-103 unit standards by returning degrees/second instead of radians/second. This could be rectified by multiplying the value by 0.017453 when building the IMU message.
