MaxPCB4 - Teensy 4.1 slewing error

Dear Howard,

I built up MaxPCB4 with Teensy 4.1 (LV8729 drivers) and I realized that the step square signal diappeares from the stepper driver.
The signal is correct on guiding speeds, but using higher values, totally diappeares, I checked with oscilloscope. I tried out a lot of settings in the firmware and on the board (jumpers), but nothing happened. The previous version (10.20a) is good, it works perfectly.
