Check the follow two points of user feedback are correct. Taken from this ticket https://ministryofjustice.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/6585

The first respondent that is filled out on the online form is listed in the PDF as respondent number 4.
Brackets are translated as question marks on the PDF.
