PS3 Versions after Beta 6 won't install #792

I have updated to Beta 6 (on PS3) without any issue installing. Every version since then (including Beta 11 and the latest nightly) gives me this error message when trying to install:

An error occurred during the install operation.
(80029564)

Hmm, will have to loop in @InvoxiPlayGames for this.
Beta6 was built with a different package generator than what built beta7 and beyond.
This was introduced in b3dafaf and has been tested on different hardware ps3 systems with success but im not super versed in hardware ps3 quirks

Out of curiosity, which CFW or version of PS3HEN is this PS3 running?

CFW is 4.81 (rebug).
