Describe the bug
When playing on vocals, "ï" and perhaps other characters with diacritics are replaced with question marks in the lyrics.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to "Quickplay" or "Practice."
Click on "Naïve" and start it on vocals.
See "na?ve."

Expected behavior
It should show "naïve."

The error appears to only be present in the solo vocals chart.
I'm curious how this got in there b/c it could mean more solo vocals charts have messed up special characters. I'll check Tick Tick Boom... Indeed, the first lyric of that song is also bugged in the same way. So it's possibly across the whole library.
