Change color of specific words in input text widget

Hi everyone.

Is it possible to change the color of specific words in input text widget?

For example, if I'm writing a word like "gold", I'd like that the color of this word change to "yellow", or if I'm writing a word like "silver", I'd like that the color of this word change to "grey"
