Please add SpiceyPy package with dependent libraries into Carnets plus.
(This is impossible directly from Carnets plus using pip install…)

Hi,
duly noted. The timeline for Carnets update is (roughly):

move to Python 3.13 and adapt the code (Python 3.13 is the first one to support iOS officially; I expect a lot of changes): finished by mid-October 2024 (?)
check if Rust support is now possible (end of October 2024)
check if non-GIL parallelism allow for a more compact Carnets (end of October 2024)
add new packages: mid-November 2024.

For myself: SpicePy is a wrapper around the SPICE library: https://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/naif/
