Make it easier to enable/disable voice assistants from the device configuration page

When I'm on the dashboard and I edit a device, it's really easy to access the menu to enable or disable voice assistants. But whenever I'm in the device configuration page, it shows all the options, but I'm unable to enable or disable voice assistants. I keep running into this issue, so there must me something wrong with my workflow, but I can't seem to figure out why this would be.
