Add a little delay for the untracked energy

Hello,

Would it be possible to add an option to delay the update of the untracked consumption value by a few minutes (1 to 2 minutes)? This would allow the equipment a bit of time to ramp up its consumption, preventing the display of negative values (as shown in the images below).
