How about something in between, like a tree selector?
It will not be 2 clicks but will be a lot less than the current situation |

@matthiasdebaat personally I like the second option. What will the user see when he had created a partial snapshot and want to restore it? Similar view? |

Good question! In that case you probably want to see what can be restored and skip the 'Partial restore' option |

I prefer (2). I really like that everything is deselected after choosing Partial. And that it's grouped. I think you visualized my idea perfectly! |

@Misiu just updated the prototypes with an extra partial snapshot with only one add-on. In this case grouping isn't necessary. |

It would be very nice with an option to select/deselect all in the restore panel.
When restoring only one add-on for example, it would be neat to only click twice instead of today's 15 times to deselect everyting else.
