Error: The page you were looking for doesn't exist. on preset download

When attempting to download this preset http://export.hotosm.org/uploads/preset-47 there is an error that the page does not exist.

I've checked on the server and there are some discrepancies between database and the actual uploaded files. preset-47 is missing on the filesystem so it errors out as a missing page.

That preset can probably be toggled as 'not visible' somewhere on the interface.

Do you want me to compare what we have on the filesystem and in the database and toggle visibility (maybe even delete records) that are missing on the filesystem?

Hi, i'm elida.
I need the preset-47, so it would be great if @dodobas could examine what's wrong with them.

By the way, for a moment I thought that the problem is in the preset file,
but when I try to download another preset file (http://export.hotosm.org/uploads/preset-216), I got another error with no error message, it just left a blank page and nothing is downloaded.

Can you examine this, too?
