Mark guidelines in Anni as "missing (not enough data)"

Currently handled by analyze script (see #639)

• Introduce a checkmark to mark a guideline as "missing (not enough data)"
• Add explanation that this is handled by app and done to achieve same behavior in app when guideline is missing
• Should not be counted in indicator
• Should be automatically unstaged
• Remove from analyze script
