When I add an existing project, I have the directory on my mind first -- I want to pull that into the Git Browser. The project name is not really important.

Also, if a directory is selected first, its name (minus the .git suffix if any) could be suggested as the project name. Since the repository directory is often named after the project, this would spare typing in most cases. Need to check for duplicate names in the project list, though.
