It looks it Formspree has phased out email-based "legacy forms" (https://help.formspree.io/hc/en-us/articles/360056076314). Instead when you follow their instruction to create a new form, you'll be provided with a "Your form's endpoint" that leads to a url that looks like this: https://formspree.io/f/xxxxxxx, the "xxxxx" is the id that'll be used instead of your email address in /content/forms/contact.md
