[FEATURE] Mastodon Verification Link in Header

Mastodon is getting quite popular and it has on optional Verification option. This verification option requires adding either a link or an a tag to the website. The process is outlined here.

I think having this done automatically if someone adds a Mastodon handle would be a good addition. I have added that successfully to my site. I would prefer that to be something available by default. I am willing to add that.
