Hi, If you mean the translations of Learn more for other languages, please create an i18n file with the language code, and translate the UI items like en.toml, and then create a PR.

I added the linkText parameter (available only on named parameters) for changing the link text, available since hugo mod get github.com/hugomods/bootstrap@v0.8.0.
