Add a "Parking" section letting people know where to park for meetings

For example, street parking (at meters) is free after 6pm. We could let people know where those meters are, and the relative pros and cons of certain parking areas. There is the lot behind the Sandbox too, with the pay slot. I don't know when/if they enforce parking fees there after 6pm. But, some people may feel more comfortable parking behind the building, rather than in the street out front. I'm not sure.
