Describe the bug
Expanding "Audio visual" setting crashes the app. More specifically, the app freezes for a few seconds before it.

How To Reproduce
Open the app and go to Settings page and expand "Audio visual".

Environment

  • OS: Windows 10 22H2 19045.5011
  • Device: PC
  • App Version: v0.14.1.0 from Microsoft Store
  • EdgeWebView2 Version: 131.0.2903.70

Can you try the latest version (0.14.3.0)? #501 addressed this issue, which only occurred on Windows 10.
