Create Spring module

In addition to our Java library that is independent of Spring, we should create a Spring module that wraps this library. This would enable easy integration into Spring apps via autoconfiguration and binding to the Spring Environment. As an example, take look at https://spring.io/projects/spring-cloud-consul, which is a Spring module that provides a Spring-friendly wrapper around https://github.com/Ecwid/consul-api.
