Some tweaks needed for the document site for ACA-Py for the next release:

  • move the UpdateViaAPI.md file from design to deployment and add to mkdocs.yml
  • add reference to features/AnoncredsControllerMigration.md
  • Update the "publishing.md" file to include a note to update the mkdocs.yml file to include new documentation.
