Error running test-network/scripts/pkgcc.sh script #823

There's a hard coded filename at the end of the test-network/scripts/pkgcc.sh script which results in an error when using a different label

shasum: audit-trail.tgz: No such file or directory

It would be good to delete this script completely if possible and replace it with one of the following...

CCaaS/custom chaincode package support in the current peer command
CCaaS/custom chaincode package support in the new Fabric cli command Update lifecycle package command to support more types fabric-cli#39
A working pkgccaas.sh script, or more generic pkgcc.sh script somewhere common in fabric-samples or the main fabric repo
