Feature: Profile negotiation

The Content Negotiation by Profile proposes a new header by means of which clients can request representations matching specific shape (no pun intended)

For one, this feature could replace the Prefer: return=minimal used currently to return only "own" triples from the core named graph.

Second, byt using SHACL Shapes as profiles, it could be possible to request specific views of resources
