Configurable config path

• add a --config <path> argument: allows overriding the configuration file path
• scratchpads: improve multi-monitor support

Avoid double daemon

• Prevents running pypr more than once
  • You may need to delete the control socket manually after this update

Simplified setup

• scratchpads: zero Hyprland configuration! (if class is provided)
  • no hyprland.conf rules needed
  • enables a perfect first display IF class AND size ARE PROVIDED
  • floating state will be set
  • only active if animation is enabled
