可以在现有功能基础上，对外公布信号强度变化的listener吗？ #1

目前使用该组件，在UI层面，效果已经很好。但是我们想希望，在这个组件基础上，当信号强弱有变更，可以通过增加listener回调，在外部listener通过语音广播当前信号强度。

如果作者有时间帮忙加上此需求，那就很完美了。
