[Enhancement] Use MPS for device when the repository is running in MacOS

Hi everyone! I was using FlowFrames / RIFE for a while in Windows and Ubuntu, and I would like to use it on my macOS too.

Do you usually accept pull requests? I created #300 . Besides, I would like to know how can this enhancement could reach to Flowframes app. It would be very interesting to have a GUI app for frame interpolation in macOS.

Hello, thanks for your great work! I think this part of the code is not very suitable for merging the main branch of RIFE directly. Because this repo is mainly about deep learning algorithms. I add a link in the README pointed to your pull request for developers that want to realize this feature. Not sure if the developers of flowframes are interested. @n00mkrad

Not sure, currently Flowframes does not support Mac at all
