最后我想转换帧率，由50变为25

我有点不太理解，ffmpeg 看起来没有改变视频时长对吧
那插帧出来的视频时长和音频时长一致吗，如果不一致需要用 --fps 调整

我试了一下，如果

这里面的帧率设置为这样是正常的，也就是本来fps=25,插一倍的帧后，帧率设置为75后画面是没有延迟的
