A student can be assigned to a club by:

A user can add a student that they control to a club by club ID. The UI would be able to search for clubs based on a few criteria such as city, club name etc.
A club/dojo manager or sensei can add the student using the student recordId.

Likewise a student can be removed from a club by either the club manager or the user.

On both actions a confirmation email and/or notice should be provided to the club manager and the user.
