Create and publish L2 calibration data using Olivier's procedure

- Identify inputs to algorithm
- Look at compilation options (C or C++ code) or rewite in python?
- Crate and L2 product i.e a fits file to hold output
- Integrate into pipeline
- Produce files and test
- Deliver to ESA for white list

I have the ECC code from Oliver will asses how hard to integrate.
