需求原因：

fcitx5-android/fcitx5-android#491

当前使用 fcitx5 for android，在 rime_ice.custom.yaml 中配置该选项后重新同步，只能输入英文。删除该设置后功能正常。

librime 1.11 的 bug。

装低版本的 rime 插件 apk（比如 fcitx5 android 正式版的那个），或者叫 fcitx5 android 那边升级到 1.11.2
