Servos/Motors wont move!

hi,
This is my first time using a FC in a fixed wing build.
i have a receiver bound and inputs showing on receiver page. Furthermore, the output pins are providing 5V to the servo, all pre-arming checks are green/board arms (see through osd) and i have enabled motor and servo outputs but i cant get the servo to respond!!

the only thing that i can think of is that the live mode for the servo wont stay toggled on when i save and reboot the board

hoping it's something simple.

i'm using
Omnibus F4 pro v2 (removed diode to give 5V(checked with voltmeter))
spectrum serial receiver
for testing both digital and analog in pwm 3 and 4
the board is receiving 11volts

Any help would be greatly appreciated
