Transparency doesn't work on Mali-G72 chip #3700

As reported here:

Open any model (e.g. DEMO_Team_Project_001 (https://qa-construction-uks.bentley.com/d7c704fd-743b-453c-8e30-17b726688ebf/home model - "Bridge")
Select any element > on a appeared Selected menu select "Emphasize"
Actual results: Emphasize works as isolate and whole model is hided except selected element.

Reproducible on:
Android 11 Samsung Galaxy A50 (Personal device)
Android 10 Galaxy S9 (Personal, Joana)

Works fine on:
Android 9.0.0 Samsung Galaxy Note 8
Android 9.0.0 Samsung Galaxy Tab S3
Android 11 Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G

The workaround for the G71 chip should probably apply to the G72 chip too.
