RSS Feed generation needs fixing / improving #51

Generated RSS feeds are throwing some validation warnings (podba.se, feedvalidator)
and some extra attributes should be added.

guid field is missing
duration data is wrong
The feed’s channel is missing an author attribute.
Season and episode information is missing
