Added hotword detection in latest commit, which continuously runs in background when asked to do so.

Hotward Detection

Usage :

• Whenever the AI gets in Hibernation after no command/Hibernation Command, the Hotward (Hey Knick/Knick ) shall wake it up.
• While the Assistant is working in Background, the Hotward shall be Used to wake the assistant or Directly Give commands to it.

Sucessful made a .pyw hotword detection script, soon will integrate it with the assistant as well as the Hibernate Feature in it.
